On the evening of August 26, the HICOOL 2026 Global Entrepreneur Summit opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. Nearly 60% of Enterprises Established Less Than Two Years

OneToken Limited, established in 2025, was founded by Wang Guanbo, a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University. The entire team currently numbers 30 people, composed of young dreamers from Tsinghua University, Peking University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beihang University, and other institutions — virtually all of them “post-2000s. ” Wang Guanbo introduced that, in response to the phenomenon where the more large models are used, the higher the costs become, the company has developed a self-developed edge-side computing engine, cPilot, enabling local terminals to run large models deployed in the cloud.
