Conditions for Acceptance
The registration authority concerned shall conduct a format review of the application materials. In the case where the application materials are confirmed to be complete and comply with the legal format, the application for registration shall be processed immediately. If immediate registration is not possible, the registration must be completed within three working days. In complicated cases, this period may be extended by an additional three working days with the approval of the official in charge of the registration authority. If the submitted materials are incomplete or not in the prescribed format, the registration authority shall inform the applicant at once of the necessary supplements or corrections.
