On August 19, the 2026 World Robot Conference opened in Beijing, with over 300 enterprises bringing more than 3,000 innovative products to debut on the same stage. The heat of robotics technology was palpable. Among them, over 30 Haidian enterprises gathered to showcase their latest achievements throughout the exhibition hall, stirring waves of “Haidian wind. ” From humanoid robots capable of kicking balls and doing backflips, to dexterous hands that can assemble robots themselves, to companion robots that moved an entire “home” into the exhibition hall, Haidian robots are accelerating their journey from the “display platform” to the “application field. ”
GALBOT: One Brain Driving Multiple Forms, Landing Across the Board from Homes to Production Lines
At the GALBOT exhibition area, the newly released humanoid robot Galbot ET-1 was surrounded by visitors. It is understood that this is GALBOT's first bipedal humanoid robot, which became the focus of the entire venue upon its first public appearance. The reporter observed on site that ET-1 interacted on the same stage as the Spring Festival Gala robot “Xiao Gai, ” not only capable of making eye contact with the audience, but also able to generate actions such as waving and high-fiving in real time based on voice commands. When an audience member said “say hello, ” ET-1 quickly turned its head and raised its arm, with smooth and natural movements.

“The launch of Galbot ET-1 marks the expansion of our product line from wheeled to bipedal forms, ” introduced a staff member on site. “Whether it is ET-1 or G1, the core behind the robots is the company's self-developed embodied large model AstraBrain, enabling the robots to observe the environment in real time, understand instructions, and dynamically plan behavior. ”
In the home scenario demonstration area, multiple Galbot G1 units completed tasks such as folding clothes, washing clothes, drying clothes, and making breakfast in a simulated realhome environment.
“Relying on AstraBrain, the robot can perceive the state of clothing and changes in the surrounding environment in real time, ” a staff member introduced to the reporter. “When folding clothes, the wrinkles and state of the clothing constantly change, and the robot needs to continuously adjust its grasping and folding strategies. When making breakfast, if the bread is moved or the kettle is taken away, the robot can still track in real time, replan its path, and successfully complete toasting bread and pouring beverages. These seemingly daily actions are a concentrated reflection of long-horizon task planning and flexible object manipulation capabilities—the robot can perceive, understand, decide, and execute simultaneously, autonomously completing each operation in a dynamic environment. ”
It is understood that GALBOT's capabilities have already stepped out of the exhibition hall: retail on-site service has been deployed at over 170 points in more than 40 cities, smart pharmacies have deployed hundreds of instant retail warehouses in dozens of cities, and the heavy-duty robot Galbot S1 has achieved 7x24-hour normalized operation on CATL's production line. The staff member added: "Robots can have different bodies, but share the same intelligent core—this is ‘one brain, multiple capabilities.'"
Booster Robotics: Lion Dance, Soccer Kicks, and Backflips Demonstrate Hardcore Locomotion Control Strength
At the Booster Robotics booth, cheers rose and fell continuously. The reporter observed that the Booster K1 robot performed a lion dance, cleverly combining traditional culture with robotics technology, with coordinated movements and strong rhythm.
The new Booster T2 robot made its first official appearance on site, completing high-explosive movements such as soccer kicking and push-up backflips. When two Booster T2 units completed standard front flips and landed side by side, a wave of exclamations erupted from the crowd.
The booth also featured a penalty kick interactive segment. Several small robots wore black hats and suits, completing a warm-up routine to music before stepping onto the “pitch” to interact with the audience. A child successfully saved a penalty kick, and the atmosphere was lively.
“Dancing on the ‘green field'and taking penalty kicks are our signature skills, ” a staff member told the reporter. Booster Robotics focuses on the R&D of humanoid robot bodies and locomotion control platforms. Its products all adopt force-controlled joints and bipedal design, excelling in leg and locomotion control technology. Its recently released embodied development flagship platform Booster T2 is equipped with the NVIDIA Thor flagship chip, with edge-side computing power reaching 2,070 TFLOPS, providing computing power support for high-explosive movements.
Linkerbot Robot: Self-Assembling Robot Dexterous Hand Achieves “Self-Replication”
The Linkerbot booth was surrounded by visitors three layers deep, with the focus on an operational “robot assembling robot” production line. The reporter observed that multiple dual-arm dual-hand workstations collaborated in operation, from component grasping and assembly to finished product completion, all autonomously accomplished without human intervention.
“A single workstation is like a skilled assembly worker, capable of independently completing multiple processes, ” Linkerbot Co-founder Zhang Yanbo told the reporter. This Linkerbot fully automatic robotic arm production line is composed of a cluster of multiple workstations, with each workstation mastering assembly skills for multiple components including the robotic arm's shoulder, elbow, and upper and lower arms. This demonstration not only showcased the dexterous hand's precision and flexibility, but also pointed toward the industrial prospects of flexible intelligent manufacturing.
Debuting alongside the production line was the all-new Linker Hand O30 fully direct-drive dexterous hand. According to Zhang Yanbo, this product features 20 fully independent degrees of freedom, with each joint directly driven by an independent motor. The entire machine weighs only 740 grams, yet has a load capacity of 30 kilograms. He made an analogy: “It can both pick up a screw and firmly grip heavy tools, combining dexterity and strength. ”
It is understood that the dexterous hand's fully direct-drive design eliminates transmission gaps and nonlinear errors, significantly improving control precision and response speed, making the O30 an ideal platform for embodied intelligence dexterous operation model training. Zhang Yanbo said: “We hope it is not just hardware, but can become a benchmark for the robot's ‘last centimeter'of operation. ”
Cylingo Group: Moving a “Home” into the Exhibition Hall, Companion Robots Evolve from Display to Experience
Cylingo Group's exhibition area was set up as an authentic home space, complete with a living room, parent-child interaction area, and light office scenarios. Its home active intelligent companion robot Bubbo 1 made its first full-scenario home experience open to the public in Beijing.
Audiences entering the exhibition area on site could immediately converse with Bubbo 1. Bubbo 1 is capable of sensing when someone approaches, and responds by combining sound, language, and interaction state. An audience member tried calling out “Bubbo, Bubbo, ” and the robot immediately responded: “I'm here. I can chat with you, or help you take photos. If you'd like, we can try something together. ”
A staff member introduced that Bubbo 1 is equipped with multi-sensors and cross-modal AI capabilities, and can gradually form an understanding of family members through sustained interaction. “It is not about pursuing the mastery of more information, but rather about understanding the person before it and the current scene more quickly. ”
It is understood that Bubbo 1 completed its first public appearance at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in July this year, and this exhibition marks the product’s further progression from “display” to “experience.” A staff member said: “For a family companion robot, the real test lies in whether it can integrate into real, continuous life scenarios. We moved a home into the exhibition hall precisely because we hope audiences can experience Bubbo 1’s product capabilities through authentic interaction.” The shift from “watching robots” to “living with robots” reflects that companion robots are accelerating their entry into daily life.
Over 30 Haidian Enterprises Debut in Groups, Complete Industrial Ecosystem Accelerating Formation
In addition to the above enterprises, over 30 Haidian enterprises including Corenetic, Vizumtech, Octopus Dynamics, Zhongke Huiling, Vita Dynamics, BIT Huahui, Boundless Dynamics, GigaAI, and Lightwheel Intelligence also debuted with new products, covering multiple industrial chain segments including humanoid robot complete machines, core components, embodied intelligence, and companion robots.
From lion dance and soccer kicking to laundry and cooking, from robots assembling robots to accompanying family members, at the 2026 World Robot Conference, what Haidian robot enterprises demonstrated was not just breakthroughs in individual technologies, but a complete industrial ecosystem from core components to complete machines, and from foundation models to scenario landing.
Compared with last year, what robot enterprises brought this year was not just more flexible movements and more exquisite operations, but a substantive leap from “being able to demonstrate” to “being able to work. ” Multiple products have already stepped out of the exhibition booth and achieved normalized operation in scenarios such as retail, manufacturing, and homes, with the commercialization closed loop accelerating formation.
From technical verification in the laboratory to interactive experience on the exhibition stand, and then to stable operation on production lines, Haidian robot enterprises are moving forward swiftly along the path of “technology breakthrough-scenario verification-scale application. ” As robots begin to enter real environments such as homes, factories, and retail, the Haidian robot industry is writing a new footnote for the embodied intelligence era with hardcore strength.
