On October 13, 2025, GITEX Global 2025 was held at the Dubai World Trade Center. At this year's session, a number of Haidian-based enterprises, including Beijing Guo Dian Gao Ke Co., Ltd., Beijing Moyun Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing KeenData Co., Ltd., present their cutting-edge technological achievements. They not only demonstrated the strength of Haidian in sci-tech innovation but also provided systematic "Chinese Solutions" for digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, emergency communications and other fields for the Middle East and even the whole world.
Beijing Guo Dian Gao Ke Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guo Dian Gao Ke") brought its Tianqi Emergency Rescue Terminal and Tianqi Satellite IoT Communication Terminal, which focus on addressing communication challenges in areas without terrestrial network coverage. Based on the Tianqi constellation, the company's independently developed and operated low-orbit satellite IoT constellation, these terminals are known for their unique revisit intervals of around 5 minutes. Once activated, they can automatically establish connections with passing satellites and send real-time alarm information with precise positioning. This capability demonstrates critical value in scenarios such as emergency rescue, field operations and maritime transportation.
On site, a representative of a Dubai-based shipping company commented that the company's technological achievements effectively solve the common communication coverage difficulties in remote areas such as deserts and sea in the Middle East. Luo Guibin, Marketing Manager of Guo Dian Gao Ke, elaborated on the prospects of these terminals: "With our terminals, even from the summit of Mount Qomolangma or in the depths of the Mariana Trench, distress signals can be easily sent to the rest of the world via the Tianqi satellites."
In the field of "AI + Cybersecurity", Beijing Moyun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moyun") presented its large model named "Tiancha" and automated penetration agent. Their core approach is to simulate attacker behaviors through active attack verification, identify and validate potential vulnerabilities in users' network defense systems in advance, help users gain the upper hand in cyber offensives and defenses, and reduce security risks.
"In our view, attackers now target a wide range of entities, including both large and small enterprises. No target is too small to be attacked, so enterprises of all sizes need to deploy defenses in advance. Reliance on detection and response by security teams is no longer sufficient, and prediction and prevention have become imperative. Guided by this philosophy, we have been actively exploring active attack verification methods to help our clients anticipate risks ahead of time and safeguard their security," said Liu Bing, General Manager of Moyun.
Beijing KeenData Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "KeenData") launched its KeenData Lakehouse 2.0, a next-generation AI-native intelligent data infrastructure, at the event. With the "AI-in-Lakehouse" intelligence-driven architecture as its core, this infrastructure realizes a full-link closed loop from data collection and governance to AI training, inference, agent development and intelligent applications, building an All-in-One integrated data and AI platform. Its built-in multi-modal computing engine supports the full-process processing of texts, images, audio, video and other data types in the same pipeline, from cleaning and feature extraction to inferential analysis. Combined with KeenData's self-developed KMI inference acceleration and model quantization technologies, GPU inference throughput is increased by several times and storage overhead is reduced by 70%, greatly meeting the real-time processing demands for multi-source heterogeneous data in high-growth Middle Eastern industries such as smart cities, cross-border e-commerce and energy management.
A technical director from a Dubai Smart City project returned to KeenData's booth several times for in-depth negotiations. "KeenData's cutting-edge concept of 'integration of data and AI-native', together with its visual agent factory and hundreds of pre-trained models, allows us to quickly fine-tune models and build intelligent applications in a low-code environment. For the Middle Eastern market in an accelerated digitalization phase, these not only have lowered the threshold for AI application, but also provide a one-stop methodology covering data governance and AI implementation."
Notably, all three enterprises have joined the 2025 Zhongguancun Science City - UAE Acceleration Camp organized by Zhongguancun Science City.
Luo Guibin stated that Zhongguancun Science City has built an efficient and professional matchmaking platform for enterprises, serving not only as a channel for technology exhibition but also as a strategic pivot for in-depth insight into regional demands and connections with the global ecosystem. Guo Dian Gao Ke looks forward to taking this opportunity to deeply integrate its technological prowess in low-orbit satellite IoT with the urgent needs of the Middle East in energy, logistics, emergency management and other fields, to jointly stride toward a digital future.
In Liu Bing's view, the 2025 Zhongguancun Science City - UAE Acceleration Camp aids enterprises greatly in grasping local laws and reaching local governments and corporate clients. "For enterprises, doing these from scratch would cost a great deal of time and energy. For instance, when contacting a local governmental department, we may not always reach the staff in charge of relevant services directly, and have to have our voices transferred from one level to another, which results in low efficiency. However, the Acceleration Camp enables us to directly connect and communicate with the responsible personnel, bringing great convenience for enterprises to go global."
Bai Rubing, Overseas Market Director of KeenData, pointed out that with the systematic service model of "Excellent Exhibition, Effective Negotiation, Stable Localization", Zhongguancun Science City provides technology enterprises going global with precise exhibition platforms, high-level government-enterprise matchmaking channels and localized operation support. It effectively solves the compliance barriers and resource mismatch faced by enterprises operating alone, helps them quickly identify market entry points, and achieves the critical leap from "being exhibited" to "being implemented".
