The "Sci-Tech Innovation Going Global Parlor" one-stop service hall is located in the Beijing Zhongguancun Comprehensive Bonded Zone and adopts a hybrid online-offline service model. Online, it features an "Intelligent Customs + Taxation" system to intelligently match policy needs. Offline, it houses government service counters, business negotiation areas, and achievement exhibition zones to provide enterprises with one-stop overseas expansion services. The facility is expected to be fully operational this year.

Centered on "One-Stop Bonded Services" and "One-Stop Going Global Services", the offline platform centrally organizes functional zones such as government service counters, business negotiation areas, innovation achievement exhibition areas, conference and event zones, and comprehensive service areas, enabling end-to-end government services to be completed in a single visit.
"5" refers to the comprehensive service system comprising five major sections:
