As the core area of the capital's science and technology innovation center, Haidian is accelerating the construction of a world-leading science park with a global vision. Nobel laureates have publicly hailed it as a "world model", and several German entrepreneurs have come here to seek cooperation opportunities and spoken highly of numerous "cutting-edge technologies".
To most tech companies without much overseas experience, the notion of "going global" often adumbrates countless difficulties, obstacles and blind spots.
Yet just one year later, they have set up subsidiaries in Dubai and Hong Kong SAR, secured orders in Southeast Asia, and completed a "triple leap" from vision to reality. So, what made them move forward and helped them achieve great success?
The answer lies in Haidian. Though not directly engaged in product manufacturing, the district aided enterprises in promoting their products worldwide and built a cooperation network covering more than 30 countries for the enterprises based in Haidian. At a renowned international exhibition in 2025, it led 29 enterprises to go global together in a single event.
