Among them, a large number of Haidian-based tech enterprises including iFLYTEK, Zhongke Huiling, Linkerbot and Galaxy General (Galbot) have become the core supporting force, leveraging cutting-edge technology to create a new Beijing cultural and tourism experience that is warm, smart and immersive.
Haidian Technology Creates a Seamless Smart Travel Experience
From the moment visitors set foot on Beijing soil, technology from Haidian provides companionship.
In the Contactless and Convenient Access scenario, the multilingual AI transparent screen developed by iFLYTEK serves as a “language translator” for inbound tourists, enabling real-time multilingual barrier-free communication; paired with fast-track customs clearance, tap-and-go subway access, and Shouqi Limousine & Chauffeur AI-powered cultural and tourism integrated mobility services, it truly achieves the goal of traversing Beijing with “one face, one phone.”
In the smart accommodation segment, Yunji Technology’s digital and smart residence system has made robot delivery a standard feature, with items automatically delivered to guest rooms without waiting; the whole-house voice control system jointly developed by Dong-Sheng Link and Xiaomi Smart Home, together with iFLYTEK’s super AI assistant, enables visitors to control room devices, check weather information, and book services through voice commands, enjoying a “lazy-style” smart residence experience.
In the smart sightseeing scenario that draws the most attention from visitors, the Starfire Escort AI Guide and Intelligent Q&A System developed by iFLYTEK has been successfully selected as a key project under the 2025 National Cultural and Tourism Technology Innovation and R&D Program of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, providing AI-powered smart companion services for venues including the Capital Museum; its AI glasses have achieved “what you see is what you understand”, allowing foreign visitors like Luke to easily comprehend the historical stories behind Chinese cultural relics.
Haidian Enterprises Illuminate a New Trend in Tech-Enabled Performing Arts
The tech-enabled performing arts and smart gourmet dining scenarios became the biggest highlights of this top 10 release, while the collective debut of Haidian’s humanoid robot enterprises stunned the entire audience.
In the tech-enabled performing arts segment, the robot band created by Zhongke Huiling delivered a brilliant performance. Four humanoid robots served as keyboardist, guitarist, bassist and drummer respectively, achieving multi-robot collaborative performance through embodied intelligence technology, with synchronized movements and steady rhythms.
Beijing Galaxy General Robot (GALBOT) unveiled its humanoid robot Galbot (G1) powered by “AstraBrain”. Its self-developed whole-body, whole-hand end-to-end embodied large model “AstraBrain”, trained on tens of billions of high-quality data points, endows the robot with powerful generalized operational capabilities.
In the smart gourmet dining scenario, Galaxy General’s (Galbot) robot store manager skillfully completed services such as coffee making and beverage delivery. Its “Galaxy Space Capsule” cultural and tourism retail format has been deployed at over one hundred city landmarks and business districts nationwide, achieving fully autonomous robot service.
In the scenarios released this time, the robot chef from Linkerbot, in coordination with the digital and smart back-of-house systems of EncoSmart and Pengman Technology, brings visitors a precise and efficient robot cooking experience.
Diverse Technologies Converge and Innovate, Expanding the Boundaries of Cultural and Tourism Experiences
Beyond humanoid robots, technologies such as holographic imaging, AR and big data have also been extensively applied across the top 10 scenarios. In the smart creation scenario, the Obverse Holographic Pod developed by Guoshu Technology can generate real-person holographic images in real time, while visitors can also use AI technology to generate creative images, making travel memories even more distinctive.
The top 10 scenarios released this time cover the entire chain of travel segments including Smart Itinerary Initiation, Contactless and Convenient Access, Smart Accommodation, Smart Sightseeing, Tech-Enabled Performing Arts, Immersive Experience, Smart Creation, Smart Gourmet Dining, Smart Gift Shopping, and Digital and Smart MICE, deeply integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, humanoid robots, holographic imaging, and AR/VR into every scene of tourism consumption, completely reconstructing the travel experience of visitors. In the video, virtual blogger Luke kicked off his Beijing journey with a single voice command, experiencing the convenience and surprises brought by technology throughout his trip, vividly interpreting the theme of “Technology Makes Beijing’s Culture and Tourism Understand Me Better.”
