Zhongguancun Comprehensive Bonded Zone continuously refines its sci-tech going-global service ecosystem, establishing the Sci-Tech Going-Global Reception Hall, which is the fourth offline reception hall of Beijing Belt and Road Comprehensive Service Platform. The reception hall integrates municipal and district going-global service resources, building a “1+5+N” going-global service system. The park is positioned along the Beiqing Road Frontier Sci-Tech Innovation Corridor, with dense surrounding industries and a strong sci-tech innovation atmosphere. Spatial Level
The park has a total building scale of 940,000 ㎡, with 90% dedicated to experimental R&D space. Currently, the 120,000-square-meter innovation and R&D main building has been officially put into operation, with excellent carrier conditions. Upon completion of the Phase II project by the end of this year, 280,000 ㎡ of industrial space will be released, providing specialized carriers such as pilot-scale workshops. The Phase III project will adopt customized construction to precisely match enterprise needs.
Service Level
The special goods inspection platform and the ultra-clean inspection platform, equipped with Class 1,000 cleanrooms and ultra-low temperature storage facilities, provide key support for the R&D of biomedical and integrated circuit enterprises. Meanwhile, the Sci-Tech Going-Global Reception Hall provides full-lifecycle going-global service support for R&D and innovation enterprises.
