Eligibility Criteria:
1. All high-tech enterprises registered in Haidian District and filed with the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission are eligible to apply.
2. The applicant must be a formal employee of the enterprise concerned.

Benefits:
Upon approval, the applicant will receive an official project approval document from the Administrative Commission, which can be used to apply for a Taiwan Travel Permit.
