The International Talent Training Program is a high-end talent development initiative established by Haidian District to promote the internationalization of technology enterprises. It is organized by the Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science City in collaboration with top-tier universities and institutions.
Target Participants: Founders or actual controllers of enterprises (other individuals may participate under special circumstances) (each session enrolls approximately 60 participants)
Training Schedule: One session is held annually, with enrollment usually starting in the second half of the year. Recruitment notices are published on the official WeChat account of Zhongguancun Science City.
Training Details: The curriculum covers six modules: "Chinese and Foreign Macroeconomic Trends", "International Business Strategies", "International Brand Building", "International Investment and Mergers & Acquisitions", "International Barriers", and "International Cultural Characteristics". The program plans to invite renowned experts from academic and practical fields to deliver lectures. It also organizes corporate visits, study tours, and international resource coordinating activities, facilitating comprehensive access to overseas industrial resources such as embassies in China, enterprises, industrial parks, research institutes, and investment and financing institutions. This assists enterprises in exploring new business growth opportunities and enhances their international competitiveness.
