Measure's Content
Haidian District will expand access to internship opportunities of better quality by establishing 300 University Student Internship and Practice Bases each year and offering no fewer than 5,000 internship positions in total. These opportunities are designed to match university students to leading enterprises dedicated to sci-tech innovation and key sci-tech research institutions based on students' needs, to satisfy their learning and career demands. Services such as career guidance, legal consultation, and daily living support will be provided to the participating university students.

Application Process
(1). Application Submission
A university student can view the list of internship positions and apply through the registration QR code released via the "Haidian Talent" WeChat account (智汇海淀).
(2). Position Matching
Based on the actual needs provided by students, the district's talent authority will match the collected resumes of applicants with employers. The employers will then contact the applicants.
