Measure's Content
Haidian will establish a more efficient mechanism for technology transfer and commercialization. This includes building the AI Branch of National Regional Technology Transfer and Commercialization Center for Universities, creating a number of "one-stop" and "full-chain" public platforms for technology transfer and commercialization, and providing support for young scientific and technological talents in areas such as technology transfer and commercialization, international project matchmaking and collaboration, and the deployment of application scenarios, to comprehensively enhance the efficiency of technology transfer and commercialization.
