Measure's Content
This measure aims to establish a market-oriented professional service team to assign an entrepreneurship steward to each young tech talent who plans to start a business in Haidian, providing targeted, full-process services. For talents in their early stages of entrepreneurship, the district offers services such as consultation, connections with professional institutions, and application handling. For those in their growth stages, the district provides investment and financing services, application scenarios, and international cooperation opportunities, among others.

Application Requirements
The applicant must
(1)Be a young talent seeking to start a business in Haidian District;
(2)Have needs pertaining to innovation and/or entrepreneurship.

Declaration Process
(1)An eligible young talent can directly submit his/her application for service request(s) via e-mail (innohall-kjrc@z-innoway.com).
(2)Within 3 working days of receiving an application, the request(s) therein will be analyzed and processed accordingly.
(3)Then, the staff will contact the applicant and provide steward services.

Application Materials
The application materials include:
(1)The applicant's personal introduction (no less than 100 words);
(2)The introduction (including the name) of the applicant's affiliated organization (no less than 300 words for the introduction);
(3)The questions to be consulted and the difficulties encountered (no less than 100 words);
(4)The contact person and the phone number.
