Service Content: A national regional technology transfer and commercialization center for artificial intelligence in universities will be established, alongside the development of a number of "one-stop" and "full-chain" public commercialization platforms. These platforms will provide young science and technology talents with support in research achievement commercialization, international project cooperation, and application scenario implementation, thereby comprehensively enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of science and technology achievement transformation.
