The International Talent Training Program is a high-end talent development initiative established by Haidian District to promote the internationalization of technology enterprises. It is organized by the Zhongguancun Science City Management Committee in collaboration with top-tier universities and institutions.
Target Participants: Primarily founders or actual controllers of enterprises. Each cohort enrolls approximately 60 participants.
Training Schedule: One cohort is held annually, with enrollment typically taking place in the second half of the year. Enrollment announcements are published on the official WeChat account of Zhongguancun Science City.
Training Content: The curriculum covers six modules: "Domestic and International Macroeconomic Trends, International Business Strategies, International Brand Building, International Investment and Mergers & Acquisitions, International Barriers, and International Cultural Characteristics". The program plans to invite renowned experts from academic and practical fields to deliver lectures. It also organizes corporate visits, study tours, and international resource matchmaking activities, facilitating comprehensive connections with overseas industrial resources such as embassies in China, enterprises, industrial parks, research institutes, and investment and financing institutions. This assists enterprises in exploring new business growth opportunities and enhances their international competitiveness.
